Who We Are
PakLuv is a nonprofit built on love, purpose, and community care. Founded by Monique Prince and Bralon Taplin, PakLuv was born from a simple desire — to give back with heart and show people they matter.
We serve two missions:
- Providing essential care packages to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Equipping underserved children with the school supplies they need to succeed.
Why We Do It:
We believe in lifting others with kindness. We believe a small act of love can change a life. And we believe every person — no matter their situation — deserves to feel seen, supported, and loved.
Our Slogan:
Give help to give hope.
Why We Started PakLuv
What started as a whisper in our hearts turned into a full-blown mission to love on our community — one pak at a time.
PakLuv was born from the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen. Whether it’s someone sleeping on the street without socks or a child walking into school without a backpack — we saw the need, and we knew we couldn’t ignore it.
We’re Monique & Bralon — a couple, a family, and now, founders of a nonprofit that’s about giving help to give hope. We created PakLuv not just to hand out supplies, but to deliver something deeper: dignity, encouragement, and real care.
We didn’t come from money. We’re not a big organization. But what we do have is heart — and a deep love for people who are often overlooked.
So we want to start small. A few care kits. A few backpacks. This is a vision rooted in praying and planning. And with every single pak we give, we remind someone that they matter.
PakLuv isn’t just about giving stuff.
It’s about giving love — the kind that shows up, listens, and keeps going.
We hope you’ll join us in spreading it.
With love,
Monique Prince & Bralon Taplin
